A stone wear Bull Terrier Mask by Denra.  This bully is treated with a flourish of crystal lamp work, copper beads and fittings all wired in wiht copper. Its eyes are adorned with copper metallic linings.  Made as a trophy for the ACC MBTCA national dog show as Best of Breed. Shino and black matte glaze. Wired to hang.

This piece is by Bob Basset who is Russian. In the beginning it was supposed to be a dog mask for a magazine cover, but the dog was strictly against putting it on so he had to create a leather dog-model to wear the mask. Poor Lancelot

This mask by Denra is mixed media of porcelain ceramic, glazed in a metallic finish,with a multi layered fabric insert in the forehead and woven textile in the muzzle.  The piece is finished with metal fittings at the temples and nose.  For information you can write dcomplex@netzero.net.

Artist Nickki DeSmet works in a digital art format which is the perfect medium for this graphic Bull Terrier subject. We love the way the opposite colors work here to make the art piece pop. Bully Jimmy Roberts and other pieces by the artist can be found under the moniker PucksGryn at Divantart.  Funny it ends up categorized with art of Jimmy and Robert (aka Led Zeppelin) and the font looks vaguely familiar too. We think this bully's style, paired with a Harajuku girl, would be perfect for the young at heart.

Needle Felted Mini Bull Terrier

If you have ever done any felting you would understand how difficult it is to get such an accurate shape out of sheep's wool, water and soap. 

These textile needle felts of bull terriers are shown on ESTY and are really charming.  They are rather small in size like little tiny jewels. 

Felting uses the barbed structure of wool to hook fibers together using a method of friction, liquid & lubrication. 

 I'd love to see one of these babies perched atop a felted wool cap,  Stylin!

Bull Terrier in Ink on Canvas

This work of a bull terrier by Ian Mason is done in the medium of ink on canvas giving it an unusual, soft and flowing quality. 

The monotone of the work has the lovely feel of being on the beach on a cool day. The profile really captures the unique curve of the bully head with its subtle underlying angles and signature, dark, small, triangular eyes.

Mason is a dog portrait artist.  His contemporary dog portraits take a modern approach with a hint of the traditional while still having a free spirited feeling.

Bull Terriers in Love

Another really cool piece from Red Bubble Art.  We could see this blown up to 12' x 6' in our Manhattan apartment.  If it were a litho done in half tone Rustoleum Andy's ghost might just stop by for a look see.

Bad Rap Bully

Dominic Murphy is an Artist from England.  He darkly renders bull terriers and other subjects.  We think his bullies are beautiful and sad at the same time.  Many are scared with battle wounds.  It's a fact that people still fight these dogs, and its a sad fact indeed.  We hope these beautifully done creatures come from his imagination but we are betting they really exist along side other demons.  Sad because it is not the nature of the bullies we know and love. Just like people you can beat the joy right out of the true essence of being.  We wonder what looking glass Murphy is using to capture this side of the bullterrierdom.  None the less the beauty of the bull terriers still shines through.

We found this video of Bull Terrier and Miniature Bully street art & graffiti on Youtube.  Normally we are not too big on graffiti but when it involves bull terriers we'll stop to take a second look.
