Punk Bully Graphic

Artist Nickki DeSmet works in a digital art format which is the perfect medium for this graphic Bull Terrier subject. We love the way the opposite colors work here to make the art piece pop. Bully Jimmy Roberts and other pieces by the artist can be found under the moniker PucksGryn at Divantart.  Funny it ends up categorized with art of Jimmy and Robert (aka Led Zeppelin) and the font looks vaguely familiar too. We think this bully's style, paired with a Harajuku girl, would be perfect for the young at heart.

This bull terrier bust captures the egg shaped head and small triangular eyes perfectly. You wouldn't have to be an owner of this wonderful courageous, fun-loving and loyal canine to appreciate this work of art. It is made of polystone resin and hand painted, but it has a natural feel of bone.

Needle Felted Mini Bull Terrier

If you have ever done any felting you would understand how difficult it is to get such an accurate shape out of sheep's wool, water and soap. 

These textile needle felts of bull terriers are shown on ESTY and are really charming.  They are rather small in size like little tiny jewels. 

Felting uses the barbed structure of wool to hook fibers together using a method of friction, liquid & lubrication. 

 I'd love to see one of these babies perched atop a felted wool cap,  Stylin!

Bull Terrier in Ink on Canvas

This work of a bull terrier by Ian Mason is done in the medium of ink on canvas giving it an unusual, soft and flowing quality. 

The monotone of the work has the lovely feel of being on the beach on a cool day. The profile really captures the unique curve of the bully head with its subtle underlying angles and signature, dark, small, triangular eyes.

Mason is a dog portrait artist.  His contemporary dog portraits take a modern approach with a hint of the traditional while still having a free spirited feeling.

Bull Terriers in Love
